Steven responded quickly and professionally to all of my concerns. He listened patiently when I discussed my disappointments with the building supervisor. My home is in a soup bowl
and it really upset me that they did not raise my house with dirt as they are now doing with all of the homes. He listened and gave me good advise.
He answered all of my questions- usually within 24 hours. I was able to reach him no matter what time it was. He made this experience painless. I highly recommend him.

I feel we had a very good experience. The interest rate was locked in before the rates increased and that was also good. There were a couple of occasions when it was necessary for us to follow up to get visibility to the status of the application. All in all we could recommend Frost and Steve.
