Heather was only lender to help secure a loan in the short time needed. Reached out to her on a weekend and she responded immediately. Process went flawlessly. Definitely recommending her to all my friends and family.

Heather did not return phone calls and gave incorrect information repeatedly about my loan status and when I said I was frustrated with the lack of communication and false info she told me to find another lender. She also shared personal information with my agent without my permission in an email she sent in the middle of the night.
