We are grateful to have Heather as our loan officer. Her superior customer service skills really help us through the entire process professionally and thoughtfully. She was very helpful and patient on answering our questions especially with our work schedules as we work night shifts . We really appreciate her working out for our best interests and is helping us move forward with a very educated plan. She explained everything very thoroughly . It has been a pleasure to work with Heather and will definitely highly recommend her.
