Chris was very responsive to our many inquiries and had to do a lot of "hand holding" throughout the process. In particular, his patience in explaining the steps of a process that has a lot of "moving parts" and walking us through the myraid documents was extremely helpful. While we have been involved in a number of real estate transaction over the years, it's been a while. And, some of the docs and forms were not a part of our previous real estate experiences.
