Ammar was very professional and respectful with me as a first time buyer. He was confident and communicated trust worthiness in a housing market that has been askew. I most appreciated the lean in when I was feeling overwhelmed with the entire purchase process. What a total asset he is to Frost Mortgage and I would very easily recommend his service for the future. After many sleepless nights I have a home and a place that I can call my own. He will never know how much I appreciated his thoughtfulness and kindness. I feel blessed to have known him and will always have be thankful to him for the positive experience. Michael was respectful and very professional. He was extremely easy to work with. He made things straightforward and was available when needed. Ammar worked with us recently on a home purchase. He was very easy to work with. Was available to jump on a phone call any time we had any questions. Did a great job keeping us in the loop of what stage we were at and what action items we had to complete as well as what to expect every step of the process. Would work with him again and highly recommend to others.
