Steve was so friendly. He helped us every step of the way, any question I had. Great communication. He works hard and he works fast.... Through the holidays and everything for us to close quickly. I would recommend him and will be for any future friends looking to purchase a home.

I started out with another loan company and was feeling like I was being harassed (multiple phone calls, texts and emails daily) and then felt like I was being scammed when they started requesting a fee of $279 to lock in an interest rate for only a week to 10 days, that hit me very poorly I could literally be locking in that rate 3 or 4 times before closing. I really couldn't believe people would fall for those tactics or they weren't actually reading what they were signing. I finally had had enough and told my realtor that as much as I wanted the house I wasn't going through with the loan. She then recommended Dolores Garcia at Frost Mortgage. I called Dolores the next day and instantly knew I was in good hands. She explained the process upfront told me what was expected, had me go online and complete a short application. After that I only received an occasional text or email letting me know what was needed, where we were in the process etc. When Dolores asked me if I wanted to lock in the interest rate I thought, oh no, here we go again! I almost fell out of my chair when I was told it was only $41 to lock it in for a month which at that point was beyond the closing date. Dolores and everyone at Frost Mortgage treated me as an adult and with respect the entire time I dealt with them. They literally took a previous nightmare experience and turned it into a Joyful outcome. Thank you Dolores and the crew at Frost Mortgage!!! Yes, I signed the closing paperwork yesterday.

We chose the Maez Group Real Estate and Leona Gonsalves is our realtor she had been awesome through this whole journey. Frost mortgage is the WORST mortgage company we have ever dealt with and this is our 4th house. Greg Frost Sr. and his chum Steven Lowe are like a couple of used car salesmen. We have never had this much trouble when buying a house. We could never get a straight answer and they were both very condescending. It was like talking to crooked politicians. IT WAS AWFUL! So we decided to go with another mortgage company. WE chose VAN DYK MORTGAGE they are AWESOME!!!! Michael Martin and Amalia were great! They made this fiasco that Frost Mortgage created turn into the exciting and fun experience that home buying should be. Thank you Van DYK Mortgage for making this home purchase enjoyable.
