We found our dream house on a Friday afternoon. Chad was willing to meet us on Saturday morning to go over our financials, and found out we were qualified right away. He was a joy to work with and made the process easy and digestible. We closed right on time, in the most efficient closing I have ever experienced. Chad was an essentialand intrigal part of our team and I would highly recommend him.

I started working with Chad back in December to see if I could get pre-qualified for a loan. We went over my finances and he said everything should be good to go. In February, we started the process. This was my first time buying a home so I had a lot of questions. Chad was always very helpful and responsive to any of my questions whether it was via email or the phone. I will definitely recommend friends and family to work with Chad. It was a great overall experience as a first time home buyer.
