I HAD TO WAIT 3 HOURS BEFORE I EVEN SAW ANY FORM OF DOCUMENTATION!!!! I stayed so we wouldn't have to reschedule and do MORE PAPERWORK and had no idea how UNPREPARED everyone was there including Chad. I WAS VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!! VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL OF MY OWN TIME!!!! 0/10 EXPERIENCE!!!!!
