Chad was super helpful through every step of the process, and he remained on top of everything at all times. I never had to wait long for a response from Chad, and he was beyond patient when explaining information sometimes even two or three times. As a first time homebuyer who knew absolutely nothing, Chad made sure I knew exactly what we were getting into to and we felt super secure working with him.
