Chad is very willing to keep communication open and explain anything we needed worked hard and helped in any way we needed. He is very personable and although we never were able to meet him face to face it felt like we knew him because of how kind and friendly he is.

My mortage application was a very complicated one but that didnt stol Chad from helping me untill the day I closed. He is very good at what he does and knows whats best for you. Hr told me everything the way it was and keot me in the loop daily. Highly rwcommend working with Chad.
