Chad and his team were always available to help with questions and concerns, I cannot speak to his hours, but he would also reply during times I would consider off or odd hours. I didn't have a single negative experience, in fact there was situation in which myself as a lender made a last-minute mistake and Chad was quick to the scramble to secure an early closing. This is my first experience with Chad, but I would certainly use him again.
