Chad was very responsive- even after hours and over the weekends when time sensitive questions arose.
One caveat, we had some miscommunication at the time of confirming timing and location for notary appointment. Somewhere in your systems it was assumed it was in our AL home address. We requested near our work site. We had difficulty communicating with the notary, once we did, it was very easy
